Protecting children's privacy is of paramount importance to Zolyzo, Inc. Our games are designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or share personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom) without verifiable parental consent in strict accordance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506), Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.4, and the Google Play Families Policy. 3. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to deliver, operate, and enhance our games:

• Device & Technical Identifiers: IP address, device hardware model, operating system version, browser/client type, preferred language settings, coarse geographic location (city/country level), and performance crash logs.
• Mobile Advertising Identifiers: Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS (collected solely with your affirmative consent via Apple App Tracking Transparency framework) and Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android devices.
• Gameplay Progress & Telemetry: In-game progression, level completion stats, unlocked achievements, and session timestamps stored securely via cross-platform cloud save synchronization.
• Support Inquiries: Correspondence sent to contact@zolyzo.com, including your email address and message contents.

4. Third-Party SDKs, Analytics & Advertising

Our mobile titles integrate trusted third-party software development kits (SDKs) to provide crash analytics, cloud telemetry, and optional rewarded advertisements. These partners include Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and Firebase Analytics. These providers may process device identifiers in accordance with their independent privacy policies. Users may opt out of personalized interest-based advertising at any time through their device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

5. In-App Purchases (IAP) & Financial Disclosures

All financial transactions, virtual item purchases, and billing for digital content within our games are processed exclusively and securely by third-party platform stores: the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play Store (Google LLC). Zolyzo, Inc. does NOT collect, receive, process, or store credit card numbers, debit cards, or bank account details. All purchases are governed by the respective store's terms of service and billing policies.

6. Mandatory Account & Player Data Deletion Pathway

In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Deletion requirements, players have an unconditional right to request the permanent deletion of their account, cloud saves, and associated telemetry. You may initiate account deletion at any time by:

1. Using the in-app "Delete Account & Data" button located under Game Settings > Account; OR
2. Submitting an email request directly to our Data Privacy Officer at privacy@zolyzo.com with the subject line "Account & Data Deletion Request" and your in-game Player ID.

Upon verification, all identifiable player data will be permanently erased from our active databases and backup systems within thirty (30) calendar days.

7. European Economic Area (EEA) & UK Data Subject Rights (GDPR)

Under Articles 15 through 22 of the GDPR, individuals residing in the EEA or UK enjoy statutory rights regarding their personal data, including the Right of Access (Art. 15), Right to Rectification (Art. 16), Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten" (Art. 17), Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18), Right to Data Portability (Art. 20), and Right to Object (Art. 21). These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and Zolyzo, Inc. ("Zolyzo," "we," "us," or "our"), with registered corporate address at 1301 N Broadway STE 59137, Los Angeles, CA 90012, United States. By accessing our website (zolyzo.com) or downloading, installing, or playing our mobile games (including Aetheria: Echoes of the Void, Lumino Grove: Cozy Puzzle Garden, and any future titles), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Parental Consent

You must be at least 13 years of age to access or play our games. If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and delete all Zolyzo games from your devices.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, Zolyzo, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and execute a single copy of our game applications on authorized mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, game engines, narrative scripts, characters, artwork, 3D models, user interfaces, animations, sound effects, musical scores, trademarks, trade names, and the custom Zolyzo Zenith Prism logo are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Zolyzo, Inc. and its licensors, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You shall not copy, reproduce, decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our games or website without our express prior written authorization.

4. Virtual Goods, Currencies & In-App Purchases

Our games may offer opportunities to license virtual goods, skins, cosmetic items, and virtual currency ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, NOT sold. You acknowledge that you obtain no property or ownership interest in Virtual Items. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender or fiat currency, and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold outside the game ecosystem. All transactions are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable local consumer law. Zolyzo reserves the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at its sole discretion without liability.

5. Apple App Store Minimum Terms (Schedule 1 Acknowledgement)

If you download our games from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• Parties: This Agreement is concluded solely between you and Zolyzo, Inc., not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Zolyzo, Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for the games and their content.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the game on any Apple-branded products running iOS or iPadOS that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance & Support: Zolyzo, Inc. is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to our games.
• Warranty: In the event of any failure of the game to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
• Product Claims: Zolyzo, Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the game, including product liability claims, failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer protection claims.
• Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the game infringes an intellectual property right, Zolyzo, Inc., not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

6. Player Conduct & Fair Play Rules

You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including:

• Using unauthorized bots, cheats, automation scripts, exploits, memory modifiers, or third-party software that alters game mechanics.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming other players or Zolyzo staff.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the vulnerability of Zolyzo servers or network security.
• Commercializing or selling access to your player account or game assets.

Violations will result in immediate temporary or permanent termination of your player account without notice or refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

OUR GAMES, WEBSITE, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZOLYZO, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00 USD) OR THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO ZOLYZO IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our games shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
